Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer to the official company account
- Cheque payable to NAMASTE SAFAR HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED
- Cash payments accepted in accordance with Government regulations
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is considered confirmed only upon full or partial payment and receipt of a confirmation invoice via email.
Tour Cancellation by the Company
NAMASTE SAFAR HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel any tour package due to:
- Natural calamities (e.g., floods, landslides, earthquakes)
- Government-imposed restrictions or strikes
- Unforeseen events like pandemics or extreme weather conditions
In such cases, alternative dates or routes will be offered, subject to availability.
Customer Cancellations
If a customer cancels the tour voluntarily, cancellation charges may apply depending on the proximity to the departure date and third-party bookings (hotels, flights, etc.).
Liability Clause
NAMASTE SAFAR HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for:
- Loss of belongings or personal injury during travel
- Flight or train delays and cancellations
- Accidents caused by natural disasters or third-party services
Travelers are advised to secure travel insurance before departure.
Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of the traveler to carry valid ID proofs, permits (if applicable), and other necessary documents. The company is not liable for denied entries due to document issues.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
