Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair, while ensuring operational efficiency and third-party commitments.

Refund Guidelines

No Refund Policy

All payments made towards our services are final and non-refundable. This policy allows us to maintain fair pricing, fulfill advance bookings, and honor third-party arrangements made on behalf of our customers.

Exceptions (Limited Refund)

In rare and exceptional cases, a partial refund may be considered, subject to the following conditions:

  • A formal cancellation request must be submitted at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled service or departure.
  • If approved, a refund of 20% of the total amount paid may be granted.
  • The remaining 80% will be retained to cover administrative and operational costs.
  • All such requests are subject to final approval by management and may require valid supporting documentation.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited via the original mode of payment.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • If the customer does not arrive or attend on the scheduled date.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Personal or medical cancellations without proper advance notice.
  • Events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, pandemics).

Third-Party Services

Refunds related to airline tickets, hotel bookings, or other third-party services are subject to their individual policies and are not guaranteed by NAMASTE SAFAR HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED.
